From the fossil evidence and modern dating techniques, it would appear dinosaurs were here before the creation of mankind. Genesis supports this by God telling man is to be the 'manager' of the Earth and all that is within it. After the Flood, God put an 'awareness' into animals making them apprehensive if not fearful of mankind. So man doesn't seem to have been around with the dinosaurs - but perhaps there were just a few.

Consider this description in the Book of Job:

And his power is in his stomach muscles.

The above description seems ideal for a recently discovered pair of dinosaurs - the baluchitherium from the Pakistan region - aka the 'El Dorado' of fossils:

In 2003, the French team built a composite skeleton of the Baluchitherium. The skeleton suggested that the giant creature was five-meters tall and weighed 20 tonnes, almost as massive as the size of three large elephants! This is considered the largest land mammal known to date.

Both descriptions are similar, so was this creature around in the pre-flood days? Since there are no eye-witnesses, we must depend upon science using their educated guesses.

Then there is 'leviathan' that some think is a big gator or like it. But really, no one is sure what it was/is:

For now, we simply cannot know for sure in any dinosaurs were living with mankind. But the fossil record is sure that there were dinosaurs.
