No. The flood described in The Bible is allegorical, meant to illustrate moral lessons rather than to depict some actual event.
Another Answer:
Yes, Jesus Himself, confirmed it to be an actual event:
Matthew 24:38-39New King James Version (NKJV)38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
For those who believe that the Bible is infallible, Noah's Ark is true. However, the biblical story of Noah's Ark is not true as told.
Ian Wilson (Before the Flood) believes that this story and some even older flood stories, such as in the Epic of Gilgamesh, are based on a true event. Around 5,200 BCE, rising sea levels caused the Mediterranean Sea to break through the Bosporus land-bridge and inundate the area that is now the Black Sea. He has researched archaeological finds in the area and migration patterns that followed this terrifying event and believes that stories of survival entered folk legend, to be passed down to us as the story of Noah's Ark and the flood of the Epic of Gilgamesh.
In fact there are actually two slightly different stories in the Bible, so cleverly woven together as to appear just one, slightly complicated story. When Genesis was being redacted, the followers of each story were not willing to give up their special story, so both were included. One clear example of the doublets is in Genesis 6:19-20, where Noah is told to take two of every animal onto the Ark, and in Genesis 7:1, where he is told to take two of every unclean animal, but seven of every clean animal. Similarly, one story has the flood subsiding in just forty days, while the other says that it lasted one year.
The two different authors of the biblical stories of Noah are called the Priestly source and the Yahwist. The verses attributed to the Priestly author are: Genesis 6:9-22, 7:6, 7:8-9, 7:11, 7:13-16a, 7:18-21, 7:24, 8:1-2a, 8:3b-5, 8:7, 8:13a, 8:14-19, 9:1-17. The verses attributed to the Yahwist are: Genesis 6:5-8, 7:1-5, 7:7, 7:10, 7:12, 7:16b-17, 7:22-23, 8:2b-3a, 8:6, 8:8-12, 8:13b, 8:20-22.
If you're asking about the great Flood in Noah's time, it was God who preserved the lives of Noah and his family.
Scientists tell us conclusively that there never was a great Flood as described in the Bible. And they tell us that the Flood as described would be physically impossible. Scholars tell us that the biblical story of Noah and his Ark is very similar to the flood story in the much older Epic of Gilgamesh. For these and many other reasons, we can say with certainty that Noah was not a real person.
The history of Moses and the Hebrew Exodus is different of the history of Noah, the ark and the flood. Anyways, it was Noah, Shem, Cam and Japhet with their wives who survived the flood.

Noah was 600 years old when the flood waters came.
He is real or we wont be here Scientist have found proof of a great flood that covered the entire earth so this leads to that Noah was a part of it. The story therefore would seem to be 100% real but I guess it depends on what you want to believe.
After the flood Noah grew a vineyard.
Historical. Noah's recorded in the bible and is spoken of as a real living person. The story of the flood is accurate, why would they be so specific about the description of the measurements if it wasn't. Also, there is plenty of evidence around the world (layers of rocks/ fossils up impossibly high in mountains) that proves a great flood that did cover the whole earth happened. SO yeah, Noah's a historical person :)
