The definition of idol is "a material effigy that is worshipped".

A Pagan is one who holds a set of nature based beliefs.

A "Pagan idol" could be an effigy or representation of any God, Goddess, or spiritual figure important within a Pagan spiritual pathway. Examples include statues associated with the Roman Goddess Epona (of horses and war), found dating back to 299ce.

Paganism does not follow a specific idol or deity. Paganism as you may know is an umbrella term which encompasses many religions but most Pagan religion are pantheistic and they call upon different Pantheon (groups of Deities) from different cultures.
