Original answer: As of November 2009, there is no formal place of worship in Cornwall, however, the "Cornwall Asian Community Centre" accommodates Muslim prayer. It is located in Carnon Downs, ten minutes from Truro.
The centre offers weekly Friday prayers at a dedicated venue.

[Edit by IM]Dec 2014. OK, as of this year this place is a mosque, serving around 600 local Muslims, with regular meetings including the important Friday Salah (prayer service plus preachers) on these premises. The building is a disused Christian church. The local council will supply details of how it was acquired, planning procedures etc.
NB: The term `Community Centre` is often used in other places in UK too, to cover up the fact that a Muslim mosque has been established.
The full address is Quenchwell Road Carnon Downs, Truro. They say they welcome visitors, even on Friday (1pm service).
