No.

Holiness means being set apart for God, to be used for His purposes. If you want this for your life (if you want to enter His kingdom), God will make you pure, inside and out.

Ritual purity makes you clean on the outside, but it is possible to look outwardly pure but be spiritually dirty on the inside, in your heart and soul.

Jesus addressed this when He was talking to the religious leaders of His day. In Matthew chapter 23 in The Bible, Jesus says to them:

"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence."

Those people, the Pharisees and teachers of the law, were ritually pure, but they did not have a relationship with God. They were not holy because they had not given themselves to God to fulfill His purposes for them.
