A Christian.
No. A true Christian will not become unequally yoked to an unbeliever. The Bible repeatedly warns against such practises.
According to God a Christian man and a Christian woman after being married should not divorce. There is an exception and that exception is for Adultery or sexual disbehavior (Matthew 19:9). But the Bible tells us that even in the case of one or the other party committing adultery there should be every attempt made to reconcile the marriage until one or the other party makes it an impossibility to reconcile. One other exception found in I Corinthians 7:12-16 tells us that a Christian person who marries an unbeliever can divorce that unbeliever if it become impossible to keep the marriage together. This is one good reason for a believer not to marry an unbeliever, "Do not be unequally yoke". There are a lot of warnings about believers divorcing and it would serve you well to find out what they are if you are considering a divorce.
