There is no scriptural prohibition against body piercing; Jehovah's Witnesses can have any piercings they chose.

Jehovah's Witnesses however, also endeavor to present themselves physically in a way that does not shock or detract the community in which they live, from the gospel that they preach. Being aware of the links between body piercings (in most western cultures) to fringe groups and anti establishment communities, most individual Jehovah's Witnesses attempt to be reasonable in this area.

Witnesses with multiple piercings, a man with ear piercings and/or someone with piercings on parts of their face or body that would be deemed shocking by the community, might not be given full privileges of service as a Christian minister.
