It was influenced by Propaganda against the Nazis and when we found out about it we felt that it proved that Nazi Germany was evil. Other genocides were not as heavily influenced.

Every group of people feels the same way when individuals with whom they identify are rounded up in a mechanical way to be disposed of like chemical waste. Jews are incensed and infuriated by the idea that the "Extermination of the Jew" was not only considered permissible in the past, was not only acted upon in the past, but continues to be celebrated by some people in some places.
One point to argue in regard to genocides is whether or not the United States should invade Sudan to stop the ongoing genocide in Darfur. Another is, why were the perpetrators of past genocides so successful?Ê
