Putting the gospel accounts together, Jesus went into the wilderness right after his baptism for 40 days. Shortly after that would appear to be when Jesus was pointed out by John the Baptist as the Lamb of God Who takes away the sin of the world. He began to gather his disciples and a few days later they were at the wedding in Cana. They appear to have spent some time with Him, and after that He sent them back to their homes for a short time. Jesus then rounded them up again for good--this would have been the occasion of the calling by the sea ("follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men").
At that time Jesus was 30 years old.
Disciples were with Jesus approximately 3.5 years. Luke 3:23 "Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry". Scholars suggest Jesus began his ministry in 26/27 A.D and he died at about 33 years old in 30 A.D.
Theologians believe that Jesus began his ministry when he was about 30 years old and that would have been the time he would have selected his disciples.
Jesus was baptized at the age of 30, but the Bible doesn't specify whether he got baptized on the anniversary of his birth or shortly thereafter, so there is no way of knowing the approximate date.

What is known in the Bible was 1) Jesus started his ministry when he was thirty years old, 2) John was approximately six months younger than Jesus, and 3) John started his ministry before Jesus did, so John began preaching some time before his 30th birthday. It's not known how long John was preaching.
The passage can be found in Luke's gospel, chapter 3, verse 23:"Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry. He was the son, so it was thought, of Joseph..."
You can estimate her age from Scripture. She was a virgin when Jesus was conceived in her - probably a girl well under 20 years old. And Jesus was about 30 years old when he began his ministry which he continued for about 3 years until he was crucified. So Mary would have been about 50 years old then. There is no definite age for her in Scripture.
Jesus was 30 years old when He began His ministry and it lasted for three years. So, He was 33 years old when He was crucified. (* While this is widely supported, some Bible scholars suggest as early an age as 29, or as late as 50, based on other passages.)
