As far as I know. it isn't. When The Bible makes mention of a newborn, the word used is "babe", as in "out of the mouths of babes", or "ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger". Other translations ( other than King James ) may use the word "baby", I don't know, for sure.
