A:

There are thirteen epistles traditionally attributed to Paul (Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus and Philemon), but only seven are considered undisputed Pauline epistles and therefore written by him: Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Philemon, Galatians, Philippians and 1 Thessalonians. The remaining Pauline epistles were written in Paul's name, long after he died.

The Epistle to the Hebrews were also at one stage claimed to have been written by Paul, but that is clearly not the case.

Paul wrote none of the gospels. These are Matthew (possibly written by Matthew the apostle), Markk (Possibly written by John Mark, a companion of Paul), Luke (written by Gentile Luke, a companion of Paul) and John (the apostle)

Instead, Paul wrote letters in the New Testament.

The niumber of letters depends on who you ask. Overall, there are 13 letters attributed to Paul. Of those, most scholars agree he authored Romans, 1 and 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Phillipians, 1 Thessalonians and Philemon. Most scholars agree he did not write 1 or 2 Timothy nor Titus and it's still being debated but unlikely he wrote Ephesians, Colossians and 2 Thessalonians.
