Jesus gave his life as a sacrifice to pay for the sins of mankind. God accepted His death as payment for the penalty of sin that had fallen on all men. This being made possible by the fact that Jesus, being the Son of God Himself, was able to live a sinless life, otherwise He would have died for His own sin and could not have substituted his death for ours. The Gospel of John says: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life".
His resurrection is proof that His sacrifice was acceptable to God as payment for the sins of mankind. He made it clear, however, that the only way for a man to be forgiven of his sins & thus inherit eternal life in heaven, is to believe and trust in Jesus' death and resurrection as payment for his personal sin, acknowledging that there is no other way for him to go to heaven. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life; no man can come to the Father but through Me"
Superman.
He kept us alive and he saved us!
god or Jesus he saved all people
Yes you can be saved by asking Jesus into your heart. As Jesus is always waiting for you to do it.

A:Jesus is called the Saviour because people believethere is a hell to be saved from. Whether or not there really is a a hell becomes irrelevant as long as there are people who believe there is, and believe that Jesus can save them from hell.
People are saved if they trust God for salvation. This holds true regardless of the time they lived. In pre-Jesus time people were saved through their faith in the sacrifices God commanded of them. In so doing, they were looking forward in time to the Messiah who would be the ultimate sacrifice for sin. In post-Jesus time people are saved by trusting in Christ's sacrifice 2000 years ago. Past or present, salvation comes through faith in the provision by God of His prescribed sacrifice.
Only those who believe in Jesus' divinity and accept his gift of life will be saved. All have fallen short and need a savior, therefore should accept Jesus' grace and be saved regardless of what others say or do. People need to learn to think for themselves. Whether people believe or not does not alter the truth of who Jesus is and of His great love for all people. Jesus' divinity is central to who he is.
christians belong to Jesus, if you are saved then you are his
He saved a thief who really did something bad, but the thief trusted in Jesus! Isn't that a miracle!
People are saved by accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Water baptism is a public demonstration singling you out as a follower of Christ. It is not the saving act in of itself.
