In Hinduism the people portray the God or gods. They believe this life is an illusion , and in this illusion our souls are connected to Brahma, the ultimate reality or the ultimate God. There are many gods Hinduism yes, but Brahma is the all reality. Depending how our souls act in this illusion depends if we are released from reincarnation. If someone attains enlightenment they are released, if they are unable to become good back they go into the reincarnation cycle. It is believed our souls represent the God or Gods in Hinduism
