As with other invitations, you reply to a Christening invitation in the same mode that it was delivered to you. For example, if you received a Christening invitation in the mail, then you would reply by mail, usually by returning the response card that was included with the invitation. If the invitation was extended to you through a telephone call, then you would likewise reply with your acceptance or regrets via a phone call. An exception to this rule is if the host instructs you to reply via a different mode. For instance, if you were mailed an invitation that requests you to RSVP by replying to an email address or phone number, then it would be acceptable to reply by email or phone rather than by mailing back a reply.
Usually with a wedding invitation the bride and groom will also send out an attached RSVP card and envelope where you elect 'attending' or 'regrets'. Your answer is usually required at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date so meal and seating arrangements can be made. Some couples may attach a contact number or email as a way to get in touch but we recommend a phone call or RSVP card sent in the mail as a formal way to confirm your attendance.
It is not a requirement, but many people do include the names of the godparents on their child's Christening invitations. In some cases, the godparents are given the honor of extending the invitation to the Christening or Baptism ceremony, and so their names will subsequently be on the invitations. In other cases, the parents are the inviters and will honor the godparents by directly naming them on the invites.

Christening Invitations are very self-explanatory, they are invitations to a Christening - a Catholic/Christian event wherein a baby is baptised. It would seem that - if not one of the best - more popular ways of to create christening invitations is to have an actual, physical invitation rather than one being sent through social media, email or the internet as a whole. This is especially the case where the invitations are hand-made and tailored specifically for an individual recipient.
