Demons probably do not exist, and for that reason humans can never be demons.
The danger, in believing that humans can be demons, is not a danger of the occult or of demonology or possession. It is that such beliefs change your outlook and the way you relate to other people. Follow your religion, whatever that is, in a positive way and seek the salvation or divine help that you believe comes from faith and good works. Do not dabble in psychologically damaging concepts.
Possessed persons have many tell-tale characteristics, often a possessed person will secrete green fluid from their genitals, other times possessed people will experience a darkening of the skin. The most common sign of a possession by spirits is a change in eye position to result in the appearance of slanted eyes.

The early Christians believed that evil spirits or demons often entered humans. In fact they believed that mental illness and even sicknesses were caused by possession by evil spirits. We now know conclusively that mental illnesses and unusual behaviour are not caused by spirits. However, belief in possession by evil spirits has not entirely died out, and a few people sometimes still take part in "exorcisms" to drive out evil spirits. Sometimes these procedures are dangerous in themselves; sometimes they merely prolong suffering by delaying proper medical attention. So, if you are looking for evidence of demon possession, the first important thing to rule out is any form of mental illness. Not to do so would be unfair and immoral. Then you would need to understand why you believe the person could be possessed by a demon. Is the person merely eccentric? Is it because you have heard a rumour about demon possession, and you find this possibility plausible or even exciting? Then examine yourself. Is your expectation that the person is possessed merely evidence that you and that person have disagreed in some fundamental way, and unconsciously you wish to humiliate or control the person? Only when you have answered questions such as these can you even begin to answer the question you asked. And if you have answered honestly, you may be on the way to understanding why demon possession does not really exist.
In reality, people are not demons.
In the tv show Supernatural, you'd pour holy water on them, see if they get trapped in a Devil's trap, cut themselves with the Ruby knife, touch themselves with iron and cross a line of salt. If they pass all of these tests, they are human and not a demon.
In real life, there are believed to be some instances where demons possess humans, though these days modern science believes this is mental illness instead. A thorough psychiatric exam would be called for instead of an exorcism.
they will not have a desire or even would want a desire for Jesus Christ and they will do evil to themselves and others and actually have phyiscal supernatural strength.
depends on if you know who it is or if you did something to cause it. Sometimes it can be someone seeking revenge
Scream! Run! Flee!
Only if someone is possessed.
There is no such thing as a vampire possessing a human. A vampire can make a human into somewhat of a "slave", but they can't possess them.

The legal consequences for killing a possessed person would depend on the circumstances and laws of the jurisdiction involved. In most cases, claiming that the person was possessed would not be a valid legal defense for taking another person's life. It would be treated as a criminal act subject to prosecution.
