After doing a lot of Google searches, I gathered lot of valuable info about the casio watch. Also known as Casio Prayer Qibla Compass Watch or CPW-310 or CPW-310-1 or CPW-310-1VDS, etc.

For Lat and Lon use the following web to find out your coordinates:

Note:

+ for N Lat or E Long.

- for S Lat or W Long.

I had to do some research to find out "Var" part. It's to do with the direction to Kaaba.

After translating some of the Russian language:

194 градусов С = 194 degrees C

от севера по часовой стрелке = from north clockwise

[0] to [7] is to do with different method of calculation.

Some people follow North America, some follow Muslim World League, etc.

I found the Muslim World league being the most accurate in Eastern part of USA. Choose [1] for Muslim World League.
