Worship refers to honoring Jehovah God, our loving Creator. Also, obeying God. We try to honor God by how we live our life; obeying God's righteous requirements. We tend to be in a prayerful mood thru ought the day; communicating with Him at various times.
The things we see in life; ie: a beautiful snow-capped mountain; a beautiful flower; the antics of wildlife, or domesticated animals; a baby; - - these things cause us to reflect on Jehovah and his abilities and qualities. It moves us to try to obey whatever He suggests in his word The Bible.
Our Obedience = equals our worship. Whenever & whatever we obey of God's requirements, this is all what we view as 'worship'.
That's why we don't need images, crosses, idols, trinkets. Those things do not take the place of obedience.
