This is an opinion and not based on factual information. I believe that humans are socialistic creatures by nature. People began coming together because it was easier to survive, both for protection and the basic needs like food and shelter. I believe that as mankind grew it became close to others in their tribes or social groups and it carried over into our communities of today.
