When first beginning rituals are usually copied from well known Pagan or Wiccan Priests' or Priestesses' ceremonies. However, a ritual should always be customized to fit the individual or group of individuals who are casting said ritual. Customization (and personalizing) of spells and rituals is highly recommended as this allows a closer interaction with the focus of the ritual, spell or ceremony. When comfortable doing so a person can indeed devise their own rituals and spells. I myself have created dozens of spells for family, friends and clients. I know what works for me and I feel comfortable creating my own rituals, spells, etc.
There are different neo pagan believes and religions. There are rules and guidelines on what you can do but often it is advised to add something personal or change the ritual so it could work better for you when it comes to magic. Other than that there are rituals for different celebrations too, but once again you can do them in your own house or outside, with people or not and basically you can change much in them. Especially in chaotism it is strongly advised that you even create and imagine rituals and have just a very small base to start with, though some find that risky since sometimes you don't get the results you intended because of mistakes and not enough understanding of what you're doing.
Christian rituals are basically the seven sacraments:Baptism,ReconciliationEucharist (First Commuinon)ConfirmationMarriageHoly OrdersAnointing of the SickSome denominations may include their own rituals in addition to these - whether matins and vespers, among other prayers, count as rituals is up to an individual - but they are the ones common to many.
It is impossible to determine this, however he did devise his own system of Kung Fu called Jeet Kune Do.
The similarity that pops to mind first is what the Christians call the "golden rule" "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Neopagans have a slightly different wording, but the essence is the same. Christianity espouses: peace, brotherhood, and the living of a righteous or ethical life. Most Neopagans have strong feelings about peace, and the universality of the spirit of man. They make every effort to live ethical lives in which they stress the need to take responsibility for their own actions.
Although all Catholic churches do follow some of the same rituals, there are many that also have their own rituals. In the Ukrainian Catholic Church, some of the religious rituals include two types of liturgy, the Roman and Byzantine. The celebration of Ukrainian Christmas, the Feast of Jordan, and the season of Lent.

Some do, like me. For private rituals, secret laboratories etc etc.
In some ways, yes. Both are fraternal organizations. The Elks imitated Masonic practices and rituals in creating their own rituals. Differences exist between various groups of each fraternity.
They were buried by other stone age people, who then conducted their own rituals.
This type of subdivision is typically referred to as a sect within a larger religious or cultural context. Sects may have unique interpretations of established beliefs and may diverge from mainstream practices. They often form their own communities with specific rituals, teachings, and leaders.
There are no rituals in spirituality. Rituals are connected mostly to cultures and religions. They are based on mythology, on fairy tales. All religions have their own rituals, superstitions, dogmas, and fairy tales, and they advocate them. Unfortunately, they are like a kindergarten that teach children folklore and folktales. Spirituality is a university, we have to graduate beyond religion. Spirituality is not another religion, it is an advanced study, an understanding of who we are, of what God is. Spirituality leads us to self-realization and God-realization. Therefore, there is no connection between rituals and spirituality, except that rituals are part of religion which is a kindergarten of which spirituality is the university.
