No, what God created was all good (Genesis 1:31 / Deuteronomy 32:4 ). Evil began when an angel chose to turn away from God, and spread it's influence to others. (Ezekiel 28:11-19 here the King of Tyre is likened to this wicked angel Revelation 12:7-9)) . Soon God will eliminate evil entirely .(1 John 3:8)(Revelation 21:3-5)
