No. People cannot morph into animals. There were some rumors that, back in the early ages, people were able to morph into animals and there were various stories on that. You can turn into an animal ONLY after you:

1.Go outside at a full moon in July

2.Howl maniacally until the police arrive thinking a dog got hit by a car.

3.Shoot the sun with a silver bullet the next morning.

You will have strange impulses to chase every car you see, pee on your neighbors bushes, and kill every squirrel you see. Within a week you will have hair on all parts of your body. You will smell like decomposing roadkill within 2 weeks. To change back, do the opposite, backwards.
