As far as I am aware, it is makrouh (strongly hated, but not outright prohibited) for Muslims to engage in the handling or distribution of haraam (forbidden) food products like pork or alcohol. Most Muslims will outright refuse contact with pork; others will consent to handling it, but will need to wash their hands immediately after contact to avoid contaminating halal (permitted) food products.

Yes, Muslims can touch pork for example for purposes of making use of its skin or other parts (not for eating) but pork should not be touched for purposes of eating it.
