From a Biblical standpoint, right now, no. The dead are not conscious as mentioned at Ecclesiastes 9:4-10 and Psalms 146:4. However, Jesus promised the he was the resurrection and the life. (John 11:25) This account of Lazarus, in John chapter 11, shows the Jesus has the power and the desire to raise our dead loved ones. There are also promises of a resurrection at John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15 and Revelation 20:12,13. So, Biblically, you will be unable to contact him right now, but there is hope that he will live again in the resurrection and it will be possible to interact with him at that point.
