However, the source for this appears to be Bongonews, a spoof-news website. So don't believe it. It's simply not true. There is no 'British Institute of Names', anyway, and neither name makes sense in the languages they purport to come from - while 'O' is a common Korean surname, 'X' does not exist in the language, for instance.)
