There are multiple reasons for child abusers to prey on weaker children.
Child abusers may target vulnerable children because they are easier to manipulate and control, making it less likely for the abuse to be reported. Predators often exploit power dynamics and seek out those who are less likely to resist or speak out about the abuse. Additionally, some abusers may have a preference for victims who are less likely to be believed due to their age or background.
"Prey" refers to an animal that is hunted and killed by another animal for food. It can also refer to a person or group that is easily exploited or taken advantage of by others.
People may prey on the fears of others to gain power, control, or manipulate them for personal gain. By exploiting someone's fears, they can influence their behavior or decisions in a way that benefits them, often at the expense of the other person's well-being.
In today's society, traits or behaviors that are often considered barbaric or monstrous include cruelty, violence, intolerance, and lack of empathy towards others. Actions such as terrorism, hate crimes, and acts of extreme brutality are universally condemned as barbaric and monstrous.
The main enemies of storks include birds of prey, such as eagles and hawks, which may attack stork nests or compete with them for food. They are also vulnerable to ground predators like foxes, raccoons, and snakes that could prey on their young or eggs. Loss of habitat and environmental changes due to human activities are additional threats to stork populations.
While cheetahs are primarily carnivores and are known to hunt and eat a variety of prey including small mammals, they typically do not target rats as a significant part of their diet. Cheetahs tend to focus on larger prey such as antelope and gazelles due to their hunting style and nutritional needs.

Measles prey on humans and children so mainly anyone
For some odd reasons some serial killers choose children as prey. Andrei Romanovich Chikatilo was a notorious Russian children serial killer who also killed women.
Yes they will, especially if the dog is much smaller that themselves. Mountain Lions have a high prey drive, they have to in order to survive and anything smaller or weaker is prey.
Bears, cougars, wolves, and sometimes coyotes. Most of these predators prey on the weaker/sicker cows or the calves, given the chance.
Orphaned Children
Based on my history with angel fishes any fish is prey to a fish that is either smaller than them or can fit in a mouth is prey. One of my angelfish actually ate the other angelfish because it looked weaker so be careful any fish eats each other that is weaker or can fit in the predators mouth
Wolves have an extremely good sense of smell which helps them find their prey. They also listen for distress calls from injured or weak animals as they often go after the weaker animals rather than wasting energy trying to catch a healthy prey animal.
Children
Whether an animal is dangerous or not is somewhat subjective. Birds of Prey present very little danger to people generally,.. There are reports of large Birds of prey such and Golden and Bald Eagles aswell as Condors and Eagle Owls taking children. However there is little evidence to support any of these claims. Realistically it is unlikely that a bird could carry off a human child due to the weight of the child compared to that of birds as they are built lightly for flight, human children being mammals are much heavier. New born infants are the only humans who could in reality be in any danger from large Birds of Prey as new borns weigh but a few ounces.
