yes. it is absolutly true. the hereditary has obvious effects, while enviorment has more elusive effects. the combination of both is truly responsible, and it is impossible to evaluate the influence of one or the other, you can only evaluate both together. for example on the effects of enviorment take the children of America and the children of a country like Brazil. brazilians have a harder lifestyle but healthier children. so the harder lifestyle equals healthier growth? well, only to a certain point, now compare the children of Brazil to the children of eithiopia. the children of eithiopia are obviouslt sicker but have an extremly hard lifestyle. the awnser, that went to far, it went from being healthily worked, to overworked and underfed. so the awnser overall, yes, TO A POINT.

Yes, both environment and heredity play a role in influencing a person's behavior. Genes inherited from biological parents can predispose individuals to certain traits or behavioral tendencies, while the environment in which a person is raised (such as family dynamics, cultural influences, and life experiences) can also shape behavior and personality. It is often a complex interplay between genetics and environment that ultimately determines an individual's behavior.

Most definitely.

For example, a mother may act funny and crazy with her children but around her in-laws she may be reserved and just a nurturing mother.

Another example is that a man may act different in an office than in the pub with his best mates. The environment has changed so what is socially acceptable to do has also changed.
