Baghadadi al-Mahmudi and Mahmoud Jibril.
Baghadadi al-Mahmudi became the Prime Minister of Libya on 2006 March 5, and continues to lead as the General Secretary of the General People's Committee, which controls roughly the west area of Libya.
Mahmoud Jibril became the Chairman of the Executive Board of the National Transitional Council of Libya on 2011 March 5. The NTC controls roughly the east area of Libya.
Abdurrahim Abdulhafiz El-Keib was the Acting Prime Minister of Libya at the start of 2012. He was replaced by Ali Zeidan on November 14.
