Who was the youngest female prime minister in the world?
Benazir Bhutto (1953-2007) was only 35 years old when she was
named prime minister of Pakistan (December2, 1988). She was the
daughter of prime minister Zulfikar Bhutto, who was deposed and
executed in 1979. Benazir was assassinated in 2007, 11 years after
her second term as prime minister (1993-1996).
* technically younger was Radmila Šekerinska of Macedonia (born
1972), who at age 32 was acting prime minister of Macedonia for two
short periods in 2004 (four weeks and three weeks).
