Once a President has served two terms, that person is ineligible to run for President again.
I think he can run again for president.
Because he should run for president
No, that could not happen. If that would, the offense would eliminate that candidate. If you want to see something, we now have a black president, Barack Obama!!!!!
Yes because he has committed a crime and would be lucky not to be put on trial for his crimes. A president (any) isn't immune to charges for crimes committed. The constitution bars presidents from accepting foreign perks and despite what President elect Trump states it would be illegal for him to take money or do business while he is president. It is a conflict of interest for him to do so and illegal.
Not really. If the president has already served two terms the he or she cannot run again. If he or she believed they stood a good chance of winning then they are likely to run again. If, however, the party decided they would stand a better chance with another candidate then another candidate would be chosen.
If he has only run once, he can run for a second term. However, If he has run twice, he cannot become president a third time.
run.... fast
The position of president is open once every 4 years, unless the sitting president is unable to complete his/her 4 year term for whatever reason. Obama ran in 2008, so he can choose to run again in 2012 or step down.
NO BECAUSE HE HAD FINISHED IT.
He ran president again in 2004
