Communism is a far-left economic/political ideology that believes modern capitalistic society will eventually evolve into a stateless, classless, moneyless society where the workers control the means of production (the means of production being factories, farms, mines, etc). However, in practice, communist countries (an oxymoron right from the beginning) have been authoritarian dictatorships or oligarchies where the workers have had virtually no power whatsoever.

Fascism is a quirky far-right political ideology which posits that modern liberal democracies have become decadent and obsolete, and the nation must be unified and controlled by the State- that is, a powerful central government usually ruled by a dictator. Fascists also tend to be extremely nationalistic and militaristic- they believe violence can be justified, and that war can be useful for strengthening their nation. Interestingly, Fascism strongly opposes communism, but also opposes capitalism and democracy.

Fascism and Communism both have some similarities but many differences. Communism is based on the overthrow of private property or capital and the creation of a stateless classless society one in which everyone is equal. In theory (though not often in practice) their is no government in a true communist society. Communism also rejects religon and notions of nation and race. In the real world Communist governments often turn into one party strongmen and no attempt to remove the government is made. Fascism is based on the Nation and that a strong leader is needed to lead it. Fascists often use Race or Religion to unite their people. Though the Fascist state has a powerful government it doesn't abolish private property. Fascism is also based on anti-communism and thus they end up fighting each other.

A fascim government gives power to the middle and high class societies. They are racist and think of themslelves as the supreme race. For example Hitler, from Germany, who during WW11 killed thousands of Jews because he wanted to make asuperior race, blue eyed and blond eyed Germans.

A comminust government is controlled by the government. No one is better than any one else. Everyone is equal. For example Joseph Stalin of the Soviet Union.

Well, for one thing, communism supports the lower class and redistributes (money, land, etc.) in order to create an equal playing ground for everyone. Fascism is more supportive of the middle class and didn't take and redistribute land. Fascists also tried to get rid of "undesirables." You might even say that both have come to fairly disastrous ends.
