Well normally if your attempting to get to communism through socialism then you would normally require a revolution unless you'r a trotsky version, if a revolution succeeds from feudal society the government takes control of the market and normally with feudalism you have slaves which would be released and all inequality would stop existing because the government would implement laws to stop racism, sexism, etc...
The answer is Feudalism, Capitalism, Socialism, Communism. You're welcome.

Karl Marx outlined five stages of development in his theory of historical materialism: primitive communism, slave society, feudalism, capitalism, and finally socialism/communism. He believed that each stage represented a progression in the economic system, leading ultimately to the establishment of a classless society in socialism/communism.
Feudalism.
what is feudalism
It depends what you mean by "most powerful". If you mean "most advanced", Communism was the most advanced stage of society posited by Karl Marx and Engels. The progression was from Feudalism to Capitalism to Socialism to Communism. If by powerful you mean the most influential paradigm and ideology today, it would be capitalism in its neoliberal flavor.
