There are two questions here:
How did absolutism affect the rights of the people?
Absolutism concentrates all power into one person, which means that human rights are very constricted. It is almost inexorable that human rights decrease under absolutism.
How did absolutism affect the future of the people?
The main advantage of absolute monarchy is order. By concentrating all power in one person, absolute monarchy permits an unprecedented level of order and control over the various regions of the state. Unfortunately, then, the quality of the government is heavily dependent on the quality of the one person ruling it and, as a result, the future of the people is completely dependent on the absolute ruler. Generally, under a good absolute ruler, like Suleiman the Magnificent, people's lives improved, trade increased, and the empire acquired wealth through conquest. Generally under a poor absolute ruler, like Louis XVI, chaos and revolution would result from inflexibility in regards to changing societies.
Absolutism cut down the rights of the people by adding new taxes and forcing peasants to become land-locked serfs. Absolutism created riots and revolts led by the angry peasants who simply wanted to live their normal lives without government interference.
limiting the rights of a minority group
Primarily, it is people who affect the world rather than the religion. If the people adheres to the basic principles of any religion, then they can affect the world positively. Accordingly, Islam religion calls for peace, love, tolerance, protecting the environment, human rights, woman rights, ... etc. and forbids racism, discrimination due to color, race, culture, or gender, doing good deeds for mankind. If Muslims adheres to these Islam values, they can affect the world future positively. refer to related question below.
Absolute Monarchy is basically about different people having control over different governments , kind of like who has the most powers over what and has the real say so in the government. That also do not have to answer to anyone just because they have that much power over people the rule by divine rights (if you know what that means "divine rights" then you know what type of authorities they have)
Constitutionalism sets checks and balances on Power, limits the exercise of executive powers, Guarantees the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens, and prohibits any Legislation not consistent with Constitutional Rights. Absolutism sets no limits on the exercise of Authoritarian Power, and provides no Constitutional Guarantees of Rights and Freedoms.
Being intolerant of other cultures
People may refer to the Declaration of Independence as an example of how early people gained rights and it should still be a way to gain rights now/ in the future.
He toke away people feudal rights.
No, we don't have 'rights' which affect other people.
so people would have something to follow in the future.
Equal rights for gay people mainly affect gay people, but equality is good for any society. So in that sense, everyone benefits, even those that oppose equality.
we the people of America can both share equal rights as other black or white is what Obama saw for the future of America
