The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is still active as of 2012. It has caused lost US jobs by making it easier to move factories to Mexico (which was already happening, and is still happening with other countries like China even without NAFTA). But it also caused new jobs to be created because of economic growth. Nobody knows for sure whether it lost or created more jobs, but people like to argue about it.
