This battle takes place on the landing pad in the beautiful/horrific Elysia. When the battle begins he will taunt you and threaten you about how everything will become corrupt through phazon. He then throws the ship at you and the battle commences. A handy shorcut is while he is charging you you can freeze the fuel gel from your ship to trip Ghor. Launch an ice missile (recieved from Rundas on Bryyo) at it to freeze the gel and strafe(lock on and hold B) to his back to shoot the shield generator. Rinse and repeat until the shield generator is offline. He then will drop a beacon underneath his mech which will flash. Use your morph ball bombs to damage the mech. He will be stunned momentarily and use his lapse in concentration to shoot him in his mechanical head. At the end Dark Samus will come and absorb Ghor's remains. You futily try to save his life by injuring Dark Samus but your attempts are in vein. He leaves you with the Plasma Beam which you need to use to reconnect the AU into Sky Town.

RafaDo beat the pants off Beserker Lord, follow these steps.
1. Destroy the two red orbs on the creature's shoulders.
2. Once you have destroyed the two orbs, the Berserker Lord will fire purple or red orbs randomly until it regenerates the shoulder orbs. You can shoot the purple orbs to reflect them back at Beserker Lord. Once you have reflected the purple orbs two times, the Berserker Lord will regenerate the shoulder orbs again. Repeat the process.
3. Once you've reflected a certain amount of orbs (the amount of orbs you need to reflect depends on the difficulty you are playing th game on), the Berserker Lord's phazite plating on its head will be destroyed, revealing a weak spot. Shooting the weak spot allows you to deal damage to it.
Note: The Berserker Lord wll make three appearances in the game. Once on G.F.S. Olympus (on the way back to your ship), once on Skytown, Elysia (while the player is on his/her way to collect the first bomb piece) and once on the Pirate Homeworld (on the way to the Leviathan while protecting 12 Demolition Troopers. This one can be one hit killed by using the X-Ray visor to locate a weak spot and shooting the weak spot with the Nova Beam).
