Mahogany is believed to be the best wood for furniture. Oak, Maple, Beech, and Pine are also considered to make good furnitures.
well ive been the Daddy of the woodshop for 35+ years and i would use the wood type know as Toby its a new wood.....the best wood.....
its wood that comes from a tree !
in my opinion Beech is the best option in terms of double cot as beech is a hard, strong and heavy wood. It has a fine, tight grain and even texture. Beech wood is very light in color and has a high shock resistance. It is a popular wood for furniture and will give your room a warm feeling.
Pine. Its way too soft & wouldn't hold up to the abuse & knocks these items received. Of these listed,Boxwood is the best, followed by Hornbeam (never seen it used before though, even among old antique wooden pieces) & Beech.
pine
it a smooth wood
Beech wood is used for Scandinavian furniture - especially curved types of furniture.
Beech wood is a non-ring pores hardwood, and is a very workable stable wood.
Free materials are always favorable! Lots of furniture has been crafted from "whatever is available". Oak(s), Walnut(s), Birch, Beech, Pine(s) and Fir(s) are very popular.
not sure?
Pine, spruce and fir are evergreen.
