It takes 2-3 weeks for it to sprout also if wanted in bag with water put in fridge for that long. When it germinates take it out put it in a cup and the bag over it for less evaporation. Be sure to water daily 50 ml of water. and if it gets bigger then put in bigger tub or if sunny then plant it out side instead of nursery.

Raspberry seeds will need to be planted in moist starting compost in a ventilated cold frame. Place the frame on a shaded north-facing wall. Leave the frame in place and keep the compost moist throughout the winter. The cold is needed to stratify the seeds and break their dormancy. Once daytime temperatures reach 60 degrees (F), place the seeds in light shade and keep moist. The seeds should sprout in four to six weeks.

How long does it take for a carrot to sprout?

Depending on the size and structure of the seed it may take 3 to 21 days for sprouting for example mung bean seeds sprout with in 3 days whereas date palm seeds take 21 days to sprout. ==== Several things can also determine how fast seeds can sprout. Quality of the medium (starting soil), how deep the seeds were planted (too deep and they may not have enough energy to reach the surface and too shallow may not give them a strong enough root system), warmth, moisture, light and if the seeds were planted inside or outside can all have an effect on determining how fast a seed will sprout. I used to grow Atlantic Giant Pumpkins and I could make them sprout in less than 7 days with the right technique.
