Freezing fresh flowers will destroy them. Think of any flowers you've seen after "an early frost".

At best you could chill them as they are done commercially, they would need to be kept refrigerated at a temperature of about 10 degrees C - in a container filled with water. Chilling does not prolong life indefinitely, but slows down the process of deterioration. Temperatures from about 3 degrees C result in the formation of ice crystals in the cells of the plants which puncture and kill the cells.
