Most flowers in the hibiscus family do best in full sunlight but most will take filtered light as well.
My native hibicus live in an area that does not receive full sun light and they are full of flowers.
If you have an area that receives shade in the morning but starts to receive sun around noon that works well.
I have not seen a hibiscus yet that will flower in dense shade.
Wishing you the best and remember if you don't make any mistakes you aren't gardening.

It grows better with sugar water because the flower and stem are very sweet. this is why lots of insects like flowers its because they are sweet. The salt water kills the plant.
Hibiscus flowers come in lots of colors like red, yellow, purple, pink, blue, orange, multicolored, and white.
Grass needs lots of sunlight to grow well. In open savannas, there is lots of light. In a rain forest, the trees and other vegetation blocks out most of the light that would otherwise reach the ground.
