There is no such danger growing them except their height, as they grow very fast and possess a thin trunk structure, they may fall on to ground in windy and stormy weather, which can cause physical damage to anything near or passing by these trees.

Also the eucalyptus trees are very prone to forest fires.

Eucalyptus trees are notorious for dropping their limbs. Many a car, house or caravan has been damaged by a falling branch.
