The Doctor is actually compatible with the Cybermen and can be converted into one. When they first came about, they were only convertible with mankind, as they were once mankind, however, in the distant future, they declare war on every living creator in the universe and learn how to convert all species into Cybermen which includes Gallifreyains, which the Doctor is.
Daleks can destroy Cybermen through their advanced weaponry and superior technology. The Daleks' energy weapons and ability to regenerate make them formidable adversaries in battle against the Cybermen. Additionally, the Daleks' strategic thinking and aggressive nature give them an advantage in combat.
One way to destroy a Cyberman is to disrupt their emotional inhibitor, causing them to experience overwhelming emotions that can render them temporarily incapacitated. Another method is to use an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) to disable their cybernetic components. In some cases, conventional weapons like high-powered explosives or energy weapons can also be effective in destroying them.
A millimetre is a unit of distance. A decilitre is a unit of capacity. The two units are therefore incompatible.
crash, clash, meet head-on, conflict, incompatible
1 meter is a unit of length, while gallons are a unit of volume. The conversion between the two depends on the substance being measured. It is not possible to directly convert 1 meter to gallons without additional information.
Daleks: 20 Cybermen: 13 The Daleks
the Cybermen, just like the Daleks both made their appearances with the first doctor from Doctor Who. William Hartnell played the first doctor and unlike the Daleks, the Cybermen were the first aliens/monsters who greatly hurt the doctor and made him have to regenerate into the 2 doctor, played by Patrick Troughton. The Cybermen wounded the Doctor on the story arc, "The Tenth Planet". It was the second story arc in the 4th season of the show.
The Eleventh Doctor, portrayed by Matt Smith, never encountered the Cybermen on screen during his tenure in Doctor Who.
