  • When someone who use to cry can't cry anymore they have probably cried themselves out which is a physical release on the body and relieves tension. Some people have a good cry and then move forward in their lives and consider whatever made them cry a learning curve in life. This does not mean that in the future you won't be able to cry again.

There could be several reasons why you may not be able to physically cry, such as numbing of emotions, a medical condition affecting tear production, or psychological factors like emotional suppression. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the underlying cause and explore potential treatments or coping strategies.
