I would suggest a BMI calculator which is available everyone on the internet. I also heard that for women, you start at 100 lbs for 5 foot even and add five pounds for every inch. For men, you start at 110 lbs for 5 foot and add five pounds for every inch. I personally think it is too light because I had a friend that was 5'11" by that calculation that should be 165 and he dropped to 168 and he looked anorexic (too thin).
