A bubble is an interface between two gasses quantities. So you have gas on the inside, liquid on the interface and gas on the outside
A cavity, on the other hand, is the absence of the outside material in that place (for further specifications, read about the crystals flaw called cavity) in the inside you have a gas and on the outside you have either a liquid or a solid.
