Unbalanced force is simply where forces are unbalanced.

Unbalanced forces are where the net force of an object is not equal to zero leading to acceleration or deceleration. If friction is neglected on a car moving at 50kmh it's net force is equal to zero as it is moving at a constant speed without accelerating or decelerating

An unbalanced force is a force that results in a change in an object's motion. When the forces acting on an object are not equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, there is an unbalanced force causing the object to accelerate.

An unbalance force is one that is not opposed by an equal and opposite

force operating directly against the force intended to cause a change in

the object's state of motion or rest. Consider this little illustration:

Object, O is at rest and subjected to a force from the left as shown:

Let ====> represent the force to change the object's state of motion or

rest on object. O

This unopposed (unbalanced) force will cause the object to move to the

right. ====> O

Let O <==> O <========,

the larger force coming from the right is unbalance by the one from the

left. Thus, the object will move toward the left.

The picture is more complicated that I can illustrate here because an

opposing force my be impinging on the object from an angle. Overall, it is

the "net" unbalanced force that will cause the object to move or change

its state of motion.

That simply means that the sum (vector sum) of all forces acting on an object is not equal to zero.

When forces are unbalance they?

When forces are unbalanced, an object will accelerate in the direction of the greater force. This acceleration will continue until the forces become balanced or until there is a change in the external forces acting on the object.

Definition of unbalenced force?

An unbalanced force is a force that causes a change in an object's motion by not being countered by an equal and opposite force. This results in acceleration or deceleration of the object in the direction of the unbalanced force.

What is the net force of unbalanced forces?

An unbalance force means that the total force acting on an object, also known as the net force, is not equal to zero.

An unbalance force is one that is not opposed by an equal and opposite force operating directly against the force. Examples of unbalanced force are when you kick a ball, or slide furniture across the floor.

When a net force changes an object's motion the force is said to be an?

unbalanced force. This means that the forces acting on the object are not equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, causing a change in the object's motion.
