Not an expert, BUT.. I THINK that would be the wobble of our planet, instead of just staying North pole straight up, South pole straight down, & an even circle for equator. Alaska has the cycle of midnight sun in summer, no sun or sun on horizon in winter due to this wobble.

To keep the poles from steadily cooling off, there needs to be a balance in the Earth's energy system. This can be maintained by reducing greenhouse gas emissions to mitigate global warming, which can help prevent excessive heat loss at the poles. Additionally, preserving polar ice caps and promoting sustainable practices to conserve polar environments are essential to help regulate temperatures in these regions.

What must happen to keep the poles from steadily cooling off and the tropics from heating up?

To keep the poles from steadily coolng off and the tropics from heating up, we need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions that trap heat in the atmosphere. This can be achieved by transitioning to renewable energy sources, increasing energy efficiency, and protecting forests. Additionally, international cooperation is crucial to implement policies that mitigate climate change.

What are the 2 general rules that apply to magnets?

Like poles repel each other and opposite poles attract each other. The magnetic field lines always form closed loops, flowing from the north pole to the south pole outside the magnet and from the south pole to the north pole inside the magnet.

Why does wearing a vest in the tropics keep you cool?

Wearing a vest in the tropics can keep you cool because it allows for airflow around your torso, helping to promote sweat evaporation and cooling. Vests made of breathable fabrics can also wick away moisture from your skin, further enhancing the cooling effect.

What is nominal cooling capacity?

Nominal cooling capacity refers to the maximum cooling output that an air conditioning or refrigeration system is rated to provide under ideal conditions. It is typically measured in British Thermal Units (BTUs) per hour or tons of refrigeration. Keep in mind that the actual cooling capacity achieved may vary based on factors such as humidity, room size, and insulation.

What is the cooling element in the refrigerator?

The cooling element in a refrigerator is the refrigerant, which circulates through a series of coils and compressor to absorb heat from the interior of the fridge and release it outside. This process helps to maintain a low temperature inside the refrigerator to keep food fresh.

Can a glacier keep the north and south pole cool?

Glaciers are not what keep the poles cold. The cold at the poles is what creates glaciers.

What is the Cadillac cts cooling system?

There are cooling systems for the engine and the transmission. These are separate, and necessary to keep the vehicle from overheating.

What are the poles on the net called?

The poles on a net are typically known as "posts" or "supports." They provide the structure and stability needed to keep the net in place.

What cooling mechanism is used by horses?

Sweating. A horse sweats to keep cool. The horse has the same cooling mechanism that humans do.

What will flushing radiator do?

Rust and sediment can accumulate in the cooling system. Flushing the radiator helps keep the cooling system clean.

Does a cooling pad work without electricity?

You need to have a consistent electrical connection to keep a cooling pad working for a laptop.

Will flush hurt radiator?

No, regular flushes of the cooling system are necessary to keep mineral deposits from forming on the inside of the engine and radiator. Mineral deposits can partially clog the cooling system and form an insulating barrier that will keep your cooling system from working properly.

How do electromagnets work in a motor?

The poles of the electromagnet are repelled and attracted to the poles of the field magnet in the motor, causing it to spin a commutator or rotor in the motor. A brush flips the poles to keep the electromagnet spinning and the rotor moving.

There were no trees so they built them out of dead bushes

Will air pockets in the cooling system keep vehicle from starting?
