The average weight of a tshirt is 150 grams, so with that in mind, a dress shirt, depending on the material should range from around 250-900g. This is a guess though, im in the same dilema trying to calculate p&p!

The average weight of a dress shirt typically ranges from 0.5 to 1 pound, depending on the fabric, size, and design of the shirt. Heavier fabrics like flannel or thicker cotton may weigh more than lighter fabrics like linen or silk.
