Like Angelina Joule? [Joke] It doesn't work that way; a joule isn't equivalent to a temperature reading. Joules and calories measure energy, but you wouldn't ask how hot is a calorie since I expect you're more familiar with this unit.

How much will one joule raise the temperature of one gram of water is a better question. But you didn't ask that.
