You can ONLY convert milliliters INTO meters because METERS is the larger! This is the scale: everything in the metric system is in TENS.

eg: 10mm=1cm 10cm=1dm 10decimeter 10decimeter=1decameter 10decameters=1meter.

eg: 1000meters=1kilometer

eg; 100km=62miles

To convert liters to milliliters, you multiply the number of liters by 1000. This is because there are 1000 milliliters in 1 liter. For example, to convert 3 liters to milliliters, you would do 3 x 1000 = 3000 milliliters.
