Conversely, we will murder, steal, and imped justice of our own free will. Freedom and self governance is a legal system where by all people are accepted as the holders of the inherent political power. Under this form of governance all people are equal under the law, and in possession of certain natural rights that pre-exist any government or union established. The federal government formed is done so to protect the rights of the individual and the elected government is granted temporary power to enforce the laws of the land.

We are free because of our own free will and in order to remain free there are times when we must surrender our will to the law in order to remain free. Under this legal system what it means to surrender our will to the law is to recognize that any right that I claim is as valid as the lack of injury allows. All people have natural rights and one persons right can not abrogate or derogate the rights of others, nor can anyone else's rights abrogate or derogate your rights. This is the law of the land. Under this law if I can't abrogate or derogate your rights, and you can't abrogate or derogate mine then any government formed most certainly can't and this is how people may peaceably govern themselves.
