Hecate seeks to destroy Macbeth for the simple reason that it would please her. She is the queen of the witches and therefore wants to make as many people as she can miserable. She even criticizes the original three witches for allowing Macbeth to hold information that would make him happy.
Hecate wants the witches to create a magical potion to deceive Macbeth and lead him to his downfall. She wants them to use their powers to manipulate Macbeth into feeling overconfident and secure, which will ultimately result in his defeat.
There is no "goddess of which craft" in the play Macbeth. There are however 3 witches which appear early in the play as prophets who hail Macbeth, the general and prophesy his ascent to king hood.
